Description

The boot time of Windows in combination with a F&S Board, takes only a few seconds. It depends on the used image and interfaces. During this time, the connected display is set off and therefore dark. To show the device's user a starting procedure while booting, F&S offers a boot screen. Advantages of the boot screen:

• Display of a bitmap after less during boot
• The boot screen can be changed by the device manufacturer
• The boot screen cannot be changed by the end user
• only one-time costs
