Description
Depending on the application software, the power loss can be several watts. The ambient temperature must also be taken into account. The maximum junction temperature must not be exceeded(can be read via a SW command and is specified in the hardware documentation).In many cases, this heat spreader is already sufficient for cooling. If required, an additional heat sink or a thermal pad with housing contact can also be attached.
