Description

Depending on the CPU used on the PicoCore and the application software, the power dissipation can be between 1W and more than 5W. The ambient temperature must also be taken into account. The maximum junction temperature must not be exceeded.
(Can be read out via a software command and is specified in the hardware documentation).
In many cases, this heat spreader is sufficient for cooling.
An additional heat sink or a thermal pad with housing contact can be attached if necessary.
