Numerous interfacesThe armStone™MX8MP is equipped with up to 8 GB LPDDR4 RAM and up to 32 GB eMMC. |
Additional interfaces of the armStone™MX8MP include Wi-Fi (802.11 ac/a/b/g/n (2.4/5 GHz)), Bluetooth (5.0 LE), 2x Gigabit LAN, SD card, 4x USB Host, USB Device, 2x CAN, 3x serial, 4x I²C, 2x SPI, audio, MIPI-CSI camera, and PCIe with SIM card slot. For display control, LVDS (24-bit), DVI, and MIPI-DSI are available. As with all armStone™ single-board computers, many signals are available on common connectors or on the 66-pin feature bus. The armStone™MX8MP is powered via 5 V (a plug-on 12/24 V power supply is available as an accessory). Power consumption is only a few watts. With a temperature range of up to −20°C to +70°C and −25°C to +85°C in the industrial temperature (I-Temp) version, the armStone™MX8MP can also be used outdoors. Linux YoctoA customized Linux Yocto is available as the operating system. Bootloader, device tree, customized interface drivers, and all tools required for development are provided. A range of security features is available and is made accessible through the Linux customization by F&S Elektronik Systeme. With the F&S project guarantee, F&S Elektronik Systeme supports customers from project start through to successful completion. Starter kit and workshop, documentation for hardware and software development, and free support from the experienced engineers at F&S Elektronik Systeme GmbH are available. |
